Trident Angler
Following the success of the Prolwer, Ocean Kayak have released the Trident series. The Prowler Trident packs in more features than most other sit-on-top kayaks on the market. The wide seat well area allows plenty of room for paddling and fishing and comes with the couch-like Comfort Plus seat. The unique storage and mounting system incorporated in the Rod Pod allows you to store your fishing rods from a seated position. The Sonar Shield provides storage for your fish finder and acts as a cover to protect your finder from waves and sunlight for easy screen reading. The kayak has a transducer compatible scupper hole and a battery bag. Also included is a large Pro Hatch with the easy to open Cross Lock strap system providing ample storage room and helping to keep gear dry. There are also plenty of storage options for larger gear. An extra-large stern tank well with bungee rigging is perfect for live bait wells, crates, or coolers. The Trident is further enhanced just for fishing with special features including exceptionally strong brass accessory eyelets and paddle keepers. Ergonomic carry handles and side handles make transporting the boat painless, and perimeter deck lines add safety and style. This storage compartment is featured on the Prowler Trident. Store your fish finder under the shield to protect it during transit or through the waves. Pop up the fish finder and use the shield to reduce the glare of sunlight for an easier screen reading.
A transducer compatible scupper is an enlarged scupper molded into our Prowler line. This scupper has been specially modified to accommodate a transducer.
