Ordering Online
Ordering online is safe, secure and easy. Navigate the website and add product to your shopping basket by clicking 'Add to Basket'. Quantities can be changed in the shopping basket.
Click 'Continue Shopping' if you wish to add more products, otherwise click 'Checkout'. You will now be taken to a secure webpage that will require your credit card details and delivery information.
Complete the form and Submit. It is as simple as that.
After submitting your order you should receive a confirmation email.

You can place your order over the phone by calling us direct on 01726 862798 between 10:00-17:00 Monday-Saturday. (Closed Sundays)

If you know what you want before you visit you can reserve product for collection at your convienience with a 10% deposit.
Delivery
The delivery price for your order is shown in the shopping basket.
We use a courier to deliver products throughout the UK & Ireland. Canoes & Kayaks are normally dispatched on a 3 day delivery service and smaller items on a 24hr service.
We aim to despatch your orders the day that they are placed providing the couriers have not already been collected.
All deliveries must be checked and signed for by the recipient. If the consignment is damaged please sign the drivers delivery manifest as 'Damaged'.
We can deliver to your work address or home address.
Work addresses are preferred where possible.
Stock Levels
Products offered for sale on our web site can usually be supplied without delay from stock held at Cornwall Canoes, its sister companies or our suppliers, this does not include composite sea kayaks or special orders.
If you have ordered an item that is temporarily out of stock we will advise you without delay and will not process your order until we have taken your instructions. |
