Perception Kiwi 2 can be seen by the bucket load all along the South Coast and on inland waterways. 40+ Kiwi 2's live on the river Fowey alone. Paddled tandem or solo for recreation, fishing, bird watching and fitness the Kiwi 2 is a very stable platform. A double spraydeck is an optional extra and extends the paddling season as it helps keep the paddlers warmer and dryer. No "special" canoeing clothing is required (except your buoyancy aid) so the gear you walk and cycle in will do just fine. The seats have a high supportive back and the front paddler has adjustable foot stops for added comfort, the rear paddler puts his or her feet on the back of the front seat.
Best paddled with the heavier paddler in the rear seat, when paddled solo move the front seat to the middle of the canoe. Kiwi 2 transports easily on the roof of a car and can be car topped single handed when you know the technique.
