Point 65 have designed a kayak that perfectly blends the comfort and control of touring, with the excitement and adventure of sea kayaking here with the Five O Five. Classed as a touring kayak because of it's comfort stability and ease of paddling, it will give confidence and control to the newer paddler and recreational paddler looking to tour and explore. However the Point 65 Five O Five is also capable of high speed, high performance paddling normally found in a 5 meter performance Sea Kayak. It has awesome hull speed, great straight line tracking and will handle more challenging conditions when required. The result is a touring kayak that will suit a beginner but will also allow the paddler to progress and develop their skills into intermediate and advanced Sea kayaking. Very few kayaks will allow a new paddler to progress this far and provide this much performance without compromising on stability and user-friendly ness. The Five O Five has large front and rear storage hatches and comes with rudder as standard. Has a spacious cockpit that will accommodate medium sized paddlers and the larger paddler too.
