Bixpy Pole Steering

A pole-steering adaptor that can be used with any of the Bixpy Steering Adaptors that have a rotating 1 inch vertical pipe, including:

• Bixpy Power-Pole Adaptor for Hobie Outback 2019+
• Bixpy Power-Pole Adaptor for Hobie Compass
• Bixpy Power-Pole Adaptor for Hobie Pro Angler
• Bixpy Universal Kayak Adaptor
• Bixpy Transom Adaptor

Use this steering system when your kayak does not have an existing steering system to use with the Bixpy motor, or if you want more effective control of the motor than is achievable with your current steering system. The Pole Adaptor simply clamps onto the vertical pipe and tightens using stainless steel screws. The swivel arm allows you to then steer your motor using the simple push and pull of your chosen pole.

Please Note: The actual pole is not included with this adaptor, but the adaptor accepts any standard wooden / metal broom handle or paint brush handle. We would advise using a wooden or aluminium handle for saltwater use. Use a telescoping paintbrush handle if you want extra adjuatbility.
