Premium Roof Mounted Cycle Carrier with No Frame Contact

The Thule UpRide is designed for easy use with all loading operations being close to rooftop level. It secures bikes with no frame contact so is also a great choice for riders who want to avoid putting any stress on their bike frame. The bike is secured using just front wheel grip arms and a rear wheel strap. This is an ideal solution for bikes with sensitive frames, made from materials such as Carbon. The unique wheel grabbing system is very easy to use and works with most bikes from mountain bikes to fat bikes.

An adjustable ratchet strap ensures the rear wheel is firmly held into the wheel tray. The front wheel clamps allows the UpRide to work with non-traditional frames such as step-through bikes, E-bikes, mountain bikes, and BMX bikes!

The Thule UpRide will hold bikes from 20" up to 29" and with wheelbases up to 1300 mm. The standard wheel carrier will hold wheels up to a 3" width, however the Thule UpRide Fatbike Adapter (sold separately) allows loading of wheels up to 5" wide.

The UpRide offers a solid and secure mounting system for your bikes. You can lock the bike to the carrier, and the carrier to your roof rack, all using the integrated cable lock. 

T-Track adapters (20 × 20 mm) are included to fit Thule WingBars, SlideBars and LoadBars. If you have a roof rack with standard square bars, then you will need to purchase the Thule Around-the-bar Adapter 8898.
