A quality towball mounted bike carrier from Thule, designed for carrying either 1 or 2 bikes. Supplied pre-assembled with super easy attachment to your vehicle towball with the hand operated clamp system, meaning that you can be set up and ready to go in minutes! Securing your bikes to the carrier is also made very easy - simply load the bike in place, use the lockable and detachable frame clamps to grip the frame, and secure the wheels down to the carrier with the wheel clamp straps.

Once fitted, the VeloCompact 2 can be tilted away from the vehicle for ease of access to the boot. When not in use, the VeloCompact folds down for easy storage. Featuring a number plate holder and lighting board that uses 13-pin electrics. If your vehicle has 7-pin electrics you will need to purchase the Thule 7-13 Pin Tow Bar Electrics Adapter 9906 (sold separately). It is possible to use the VeloCompact 2 on 4x4 vehicles that have a spare wheel fitted to the back, by purchasing the Spare Wheel Adapter 9241 (sold separately). This reduces the bike capacity from 2 to 1 if used. Want to make life easier loading your bike onto the VeloCompact 2? Add-on the Thule Loading Ramp 9152 (sold separately) and simply wheel the bike onto the carrier!

The rack is lockable to the towbar ball, and the frame clamps feature lockable tightening knobs to help reduce the chance of theft of the carrier or your bikes.
