Bike Rack for Volkswagen Transporter T6
A premium bike rack designed specifically to fit to the tailgate of the VW Transporter T6 vans. As standard, the WanderWay will carry 2 bikes, but you can expand its capacity to carry either 3 or 4 bikes with additional adapters, making this a great solution for family bike adventures and holidays. Ready-assembled out of the box to fit straight to the rear door of your T6! The black colour finish looks great on any T6 too.
Designed to be easy to use, with adjustable wheel holders that have pump buckles for quick fastening of the wheels into the wheel trays. The wheel trays slide side to side so you can position your bikes together in the best way. The frame holders feature lockable Thule AcuTight torque limiter knobs that click when optimal mounting pressure is reached. Once mounted, the holders can be secure using the integrated locks. If using with carbon-framed bikes, use the add-on Thule Carbon Frame Protector accessory to protect your bike.
The WanderWay folds up when not in use during transport, or for easier storage when not on your van. When not in use, it is possible to still lift the tailgate on your T6 with the WanderWay fitted. The Wanderway sits in a raised position on the tailgate so that even when bikes are fitted, the lights and number plate are not covered.
