Palm Chinook Jacket
Premium Sea Kayak Jacket made from Seawastex Fabric
An excellent jacket for tourers and sea kayakers, needing performance and protection when touring and exploring on a variety of waters. Featuring a mid-weight 2.5-layer Seawastex fabric construction, offering a lightweight and supple feel whilst being breathable and waterproof. The zip-off storm hood comes in handy when the weather is inclement, but for dry days you can leave this off for a lighter weight feel around the neck. An ExoSkin inner neck offers comfort for long paddling session, and the fleece-line collar features a 1/2 zip for flexibility - zip it up when the weather is bad, or leave it wide open for better ventilation in warmer conditions.
Velcro-adjustable cuffs with latex wrist seals keep the water out of the arms, and the twin-waist system with draw cord adjustable waist pairs up with your spraydeck to keep the water out of your kayak. For sit-on-top paddlers, pair the Chinook Jacket up with twin-waist paddling pants such as the Palm Zenith Pants or Palm Atom Pants to form a two-piece clothing set up.
A great jacket choice for paddlers taking on their local coastline, lake or estuary, whether It's for a leisurely day trip or a multi-day expedition.
