Universal Kayak Adapter for Bixpy Motors

A neat solution for installing a Bixpy motor to almost any kayak. Utilising a Railblaza Hexx base mount, you can fit this adapter to kayak slide tracks or any 3 inch / 8 cm circle of flat space on the deck. Installation hardware is included for both track or deck fitting. This mount can be installed as both a permanent or removable set up, with hardware provided for both options, with just a low-profile base mount fitted to the kayak.

Once the Hexx mount is installed, you simply slide in the motor shaft to complete the mount. The shaft can be set either fixed, or set to be steerable by adding on either the Pole Steering or Tiller Steering systems (sold separately), with height adjustment to get the motor working at its optimum in the water. The Hexx mount allows you to easily raise and lower the motor from the water using a quick-release tab. The horizontal stowed position is useful for when you don't need to use the motor and reduce drag in the water, as well as for launching and landing.  

A great option for kayaks that don't have a dedicated adapter or have another easy way to add a Bixpy motor.
