Viking Kayaks Profish Rudder

A rudder will enhance your ability to paddle straight, especially in strong winds or currents. This kit will fit all Viking kayaks Profish Models including the Profish Reload, Profish 400 and Profish GT that have rudder tubing pre-installed.

The short blade has a non-haul design for hassle-free use - it is always working, even when the water is almost too shallow to paddle. In deeper water the short design ensures the rudder rests in the kayak’s wake without adding any significant drag for great efficiency.

The kit features 'Toe Tab' footrests allowing the rudder system to be control by pressing the upper pivoting section on the footrests, for easy and more comfortable rudder control. Rudder lines attach to the rudder housing via stainless karabiners, and this allows you to quickly remove the rudder for transport and storage if required.

Comes as a complete kit ready to fit to your Viking Profish kayak, providing it has the rudder tubing pre-installed.
