A super strong rectangular hatch that is easy to open. Supplied with a backing ring for installation with gasket and screws for installation. Can be retro-fitted to many fishing kayaks where there is adequate flat space for installation. Horizontal and Vertical options available.

Hobie Rectangular Twist and Seal Hatch Kits
The Hobie Rectangular hatch is super strong as it's designed for standing-on. The unique Hobie designed seal and flange lip drainage keeps water out. Add the drop-in hatch bucket for versatile small parts storage. Includes Backing Ring, Flange Gasket and 14 x Screws for installation.
Two kits available:
- Horizontal Kit: popular upgrade for the Hobie Compass and 2018 and older Hobie Outbacks. Fitted as standard on Hobie Pro Anglers.
- Vertical Kit: popular upgrade for the Hobie Compass and Hobie Passport 12.0. Fitted as standard on the Hobie Outback 2019+.
Both can be retro-fitted to many fishing kayaks where there is adequate flat space for installation.
