Pick-Up Buoy
For a quick release anchoring system you need to include a buoy. This means that when you release from your anchor point you anchoring set-up (dive reel with anchor line leading down to your anchor on the seabed) will be left suspended from the buoy. You can then return to retrieve the anchor setup when it is safe to do so.
The 7" Hi-Viz Pick-Up Buoy is perfect for the job and can easily be seen when it comes to paddling back to retrieve your anchor. The large grab handle makes getting hold of the buoy from the kayak easy.
