This rod holder is designed to fit into the flush mount rod holder found on Hobie Kayaks. The angle of the rod holder can then be adjusted by simply lifting a lever. This allows you to position your fishing rod at the perfect angle for your fishing situation. This is great for trolling lures where you will typically need your rod angled out from the kayak. The rod holder fastens to the kayak using the supplied straps and pad eyes for a secure fit. The rod holding tube features a removable gimbal pin and reel holder which can be rotated to place the reel in the desired position.
