The RAM ROD® HD Fishing Rod Holder with Dual Track Base offers an easy way to fit a rod holder to your fishing kayak, if it has slide tracks present. The dual T-bolt track base provides a strong fitment to many of the common slide tracks available on fishing kayaks e.g. YakAttack GearTrac, Hobie H-Track, Wilderness Systems SlideTrax, Ram Tough-Track and more. The rod holder features a 6 inch spline post to keep large reels raised off the deck.

This rod holder is suited to 'heavy-duty' rod applications, such as heavy gear bait fishing and trolling with large lures. The rod holder is compatible with fixed spool and baitcaster / multiplier reels. A flexible rubber strap features to lock the reel into the holder if required. The rod holder adjusts 360 degrees horizontally off the track base and can also be positioned at a range of angles. A removable gimbal bar allows the rod butt to sit high up if required, or drop down through the rod holder when lifted out of the way.

The RAM ROD® HD is also GoPro® compatible – just attach the optional RAM 1" Ball Adapter for Go Pro Bases with Short Arm and Action Camera Adapter directly to the rod holder.
