Catch Storage Pod for Viking Profish Kayaks

The Viking Kayaks Chill Pod is the perfect way to keep your catch in top condition, cool and fresh whilst on the water. The pod is fully insulated and fits neatly into the rear of the Profish Reload, 400 & GT.

The flip-up bread bin style lid is easy to access from either side of the kayak, so works well for right-handed and left-handed people. There is plenty of room inside and will easily take 5 or 6 good sized fish in the 5-10lb range, and well over 50 smaller baitfish such as Mackerel and Herring! The pod is also handy for keeping your bait fresh too.

The Chill Pod will keep ice and fish cold for hours, meaning your fish will stay in perfect condition even on hot days. Once you land, you can simply lift out the chillpod and put it in your vechile - simple, easy and mess-free!

If using ice, we recommend using Salt Ice for best results. This lasts longer & is better at keeping fish in tip top condition. Several colour options available allowing you to match up to your Viking Kayak. Includes a fitting strap at the back of the pod and a buckle with bolt to attach to fit to the threaded brass insert at the back of the tankwell. This ensures the pod stays secured down to the kayak during use.
