The Enigma Code Carbon is a full carbon paddle offering lightweight performance at an amazing price! The carbon straight shaft uses a 2-piece design to allow for infinite feather adjustment and 10 cm of length adjustment between 215 and 225 cm. This length range suits most kayaks well, including stable touring kayaks and slender sea kayaks, but also wide sit-on-tops and fishing kayaks.

Being able to adjust the length of the paddle means that you can adapt the Code Carbon to suit the conditions on the move! The adjustable shaft ferrule clearly displays the feathering angle and length you can set your paddle at. The adjustment clamp features an easy-to-use lever-style lock and is constructed from a tough, corrosion resistant plastic design for excellent durability in saltwater use. The shaft features an ergonomic oval grip for good paddle control.

The Enigma Code Carbon utilises a mid-sized blade shape with a classic touring profile, appropriate for a wide range of paddlers. The blades provide plenty of catch and power transfer during the paddle stroke, and combined with the dihedral blade face, provide smooth strokes with minimal blade flutter. This offers superb performance to translate the energy you put into a paddle stroke to propelling your kayak forwards with minimal energy loss!

The carbon option offers a touch more stiffness in the blade and overall a lighter paddle. Both are lightweight and are a joy to use, especially for paddling over longer distances. The Glass Blade option weighs in at ~780g and the Carbon Blade option at just ~740g! Both come supplied with an Enigma Paddle Bag to keep your paddle protected during transport and storage.
