HOBIE STOCK UPDATE
In September 2025, Hobie was acquired by Bass Pro Shops (White River Marine Group), with production relocating from Mexico to Lebanon, Missouri, USA.
This transition is causing significant delays to Hobie kayak, parts and accessory availability across Europe and the UK. We do not currently have estimated restock dates and are unable to accept pre-orders for out-of-stock items.

Upgrade Kit for V1 Mirage Drives
V1 drives are now long out of production and parts can no longer be sourced. If you break a V1 chain, V1 idler cable or V1 Drum you will need to use this upgrade kit to update your V1 Drum System to the more current GT (Glide Technology) system. Pivoting GT components use roller bearings for smoother pedalling action.
Kit Includes:
2 x GT Drums with bearing (81175001)
2 x V2/GT Chains (81202001)
1 x GT Idler Pulley with bearings (81123001)
1 x V2/GT Idler Cable (81203001)
6 x nuts (8050111)
The square pedal cranks supplied on V1 drives can be used with the GT drums. You will need to re-use the drum bolt on your V1 drums to fit your pedal cranks to the new drums.
