Easy Open Kayak Hatch

The Hobie Rectangular hatch is super strong as it's designed for standing-on. The unique Hobie designed seal and flange lip drainage keeps water out. Add the drop-in hatch bucket for versatile small parts storage. Includes Backing Ring, Flange Gasket and 14 x Screws for installation.

Two kits available:

Horizontal Kit: popular upgrade for the Hobie Compass (2022 and newer with metal framed seat) and 2018 and older Hobie Outbacks. Fitted as standard on Hobie Pro Anglers.
Vertical Kit: popular upgrade for the Hobie Compass (2021 and older with plastic framed seat) and Hobie Passport 12.0. Fitted as standard on the Hobie Outback 2019+.

Both can be retro-fitted to many fishing kayaks where there is adequate flat space for installation.
