The Hobie Mirage Pro Angler series combines a feature filled fishing platform with Hobies revolutionary Mirage Drive System. It has everything you need to maximize your angling experience without sacrificing comfort, functionality, or storage capabilities. The grippy deck pad and super stability allows for stand-up casting and fishing on calmer waters. With the Pro Angler 14 being pedalled through the water, yours hands are left free to fish with. Equipped with all the latest cutting-edge features from Hobie so that you can easily customise the PA14 into your dream fishing craft! A top choice for recreational and tournament fishing on lakes and reservoirs, and also for inshore waters for those wanting the very best!

The Pro Angler 14 is the bigger brother of the PA12, and provides much more storage space and carrying capacity over the smaller model. The Pro Angler 14 is propelled through the water using the revolutionary Mirage Drive 180 V2 system - full power pedal drive in forwards... and reverse! The drive system features 'Glide Technology' with roller bearings found on the major pivoting components of the drive, for a smoother and easier pedalling experience. The Mirage Drive 180 V2 comes equipped with the new Kick Up Fins. Kick Up fins offer worry-free pedalling - should you strike an object with the fins they simply kick up out of harms way to help reduce the risk of damage. Replaceable mounting boards can be found either side of the cockpit to allow easy mounting of fish finders, GPS units, down riggers and more. These feature the all-new H-Track for easy mounting of accessories, along with gear/tool hanging points.

The Pro Angler 14 comes loaded with an impressive list of features which make fishing comfortable and easier. The fully adjustable Vantage ST seat provides plenty of comfort for long days out, and includes Boa® System Lumbar Support. H-Rails feature either side of the cockpit and double up as a grab rail and an accessory mounting system. The PA14 even comes supplied with a H-Rail Cup Holder and 2 H-Rail Rod Racks! Further H-Rail accessories can easily be added.

The Pro Angler 14 has stacks of storage space and carrying capacity. There is horizontal storage for up to six rods and two additional vertical rod holders. The extra large front hatch comes with a hatch liner - making a great place to store your catch for the table - you really can fit shed loads of gear in their! A large rectangular hatch comes supplied with a Pivoting Tackle Management System incorporating 2 tackle boxes - great for keeping all your lures and tackle close to hand. A 8" twist lock hatch features at the stern for even more storage space, and if all that wasn't enough then there is a tackle storage space under the seat too! The large rear tank well/cargo area will easily take a Hobie Livewell or H-Crate for further bait and tackle storage.

Want to add electronics? The Pro Angler 14 is made for customising with fish finders and other electronics. The Hobie Guardian Retractable Transducer Shield allows you to raise and lower the transducer plate via a control cord in the cockpit - perfect for deploying large sidescan transducers after launching. The shield will automatically raise up if the transducer strikes an object. The shield will work with a wide range of transducer sizes and shapes. The Pro Angler also includes 5 x H-Plates with 3 x 3-Way Thru-Hull cable Seals so that you can easily run the wiring through the hull without drilling into the main hull.

Want to add motor power? Complete with 3 x motor mounting points at the stern, allowing you to easily add-on motor mounts from Bixpy, Torqeedo and Newport Vessel Motors. With a further motor mounting point at the bow, you can easily add a bow-trolling motor.

Other features include a retractable rudder system with dual steering from either side of the craft, a tracking skeg for improved straight line cruising, a 260cm 2-piece paddle with on-hull storage, front and rear carry handles, a sail mount and comes anchor trolley ready.

The PA14 is best suited to flatwater conditions, ideally on lakes, rivers and canals, although it can be used in calm coastal conditions too. If you want to ultimate super stable fishing platform for calm water, that comes loaded with features, then look no further than the Pro Angler 14.
