A versatile crossover kayak for smaller paddlers! Whether it is flatwater paddling, or learning the ropes on low-grade moving water, the Ion XS makes a great all-purpose kayak for junior paddlers. Sharing the same forgiving hull design as the adult-version, but with a smaller cockpit and no stern hatch to keep the weight and price down. At just 14kg, the Ion XS is easy for children and teenagers to paddle.
Equipped with a simple drop-down skeg system for easy straight line tracking if needed, or leave the skeg up and carve it up on small rapids!
