The hull features a deep V-keel with slight rocker, making this canoe best suited to exploring and touring on open waters such as lakes, reservoirs, inland waterways and estuaries. This is not a canoe that you would want to paddle solo, and is very much designed for 2+ paddlers. At 46kg, it is has a fair weight off the water, so be sure you have a good canoe trolley for portaging or getting to and from the water from your vehicle. Available with either 2 or 3 varnished wood-webbing seats, offering a good combination of durability and comfort. The 2 seat option is great for paddling partners and couples. The 3 seat option is the best choice if you have children passengers riding along too. Either option can also be paddled solo. The tough triple-layer construction features durable high-density polyethylene outer layers with an inner foam-core polyethylene layer to provide additional rigidity to the hull, whilst adding some buoyancy too.
