North Shore Atlantic Evolution
The North Shore Atlantic Evolution is a user-friendly rudderless composite kayak with a shallow "V" hull and soft chines to give the perfect blend of speed, responsiveness and predictability. The hull provides smooth edge turning combined with reassuring stability and great forward tracking. The design and build is high-quality and makes it ideal for coastal exploration, open water crossings and camping trips.
This kayak is an ideal choice for experienced paddlers and also suits intermediate paddlers wanting to progress their skills - it will boost confidence and enable advanced skills development. It is a great kayak for paddlers wanting good performance in a wide range of conditions and will encourage the more experienced to push themselves in challenging conditions.
The Atlantic Evolution comes in both high volume and low volume builds both of which are fitted with 4 hatches, a comfortable seat and retractable skeg as standard. There is a small day hatch just in front of the cockpit and one just behind it, both are easily accessible while on the water. The two larger hatches provide access to bulkhead storage for larger items. There is a recess ready for fitting a deck compass near the prow.
With its performance oriented design, and ergonomic outfitting, the Atlantic Evolution has to be one of the best all-round sea kayaks on the market.
