This mesh seat offers great lumbar support, and is mounted on an adjustable track system allowing various height users to operate the PDL drive without issue. There is also a handy storage pocket beneath the seat. The oversized tankwell provides plenty of space for you to carry some gear, or perhaps take a child or pet dog along for a ride! A rectangular click-seal hatch is located beneath the seat for storage and access inside of the hull.

If you are into fishing, the Malibu PDL is a great choice for general inshore and estuary fishing. Supplied with 3 x flush mount rod holders. Two are rear facing to carry rods as you pedal, and one is forwards facing to hold a rod as you tackle up or unhook your catch. The accessory tracks found either side of the footwell are a great place to add additional rod holders, fish finder mounts and more. Fitting a fish finder to the Malibu PDL is made easier with the universal transducer mounting point under the hull, with transducer scupper hole to pass the wiring up to the deck.
