Larger Family Tandem Sit On Top Kayak

The versatile Feelfree Corona is a great Sit On Top Kayak for family kayaking. Designed for 2 adult paddlers with a good amount of room between the paddlers to avoid clashing paddles. A fantastic kayak for cruising around sheltered bays or exploring estuary creeks and lakes with friends and family. 

There are 2 flush mount fishing rod holders fitted just behind and to either side of the rear seat - very handy if you fancy a spot of fishing. There is a generous amount of room for gear on-board making it great for carrying fishing gear or perhaps even for an overnight camping trip. A 20cm hatch is also located on the deck for access inside the kayak for gear storage. This is one of the most stable tandem sit on tops with a 280kg max load capacity making this a good choice for the larger paddler too. As a rule of thumb we recommend the combined paddler weights being around 220kg / 485lb / 34 stone for an enjoyable ride. The Corona is easy to paddle and can be transported on a standard car roof rack.

The Corona comes with a 'Wheel In The Keel' that makes getting this sit on kayak to and from the water a breeze. The wheel in the keel is designed for use on compacted surfaces. It makes moving the Corona on slipways and from the garage to the driveway easier. The wheel isn’t designed for use on rough ground or soft sand, you will have to carry the kayak or use a trolley instead. In order to prolong the life of the wheel's axle you will need to occasionally wash off dirt and salt water.
