Versatile Double Family Kayak

A super versatile double kayak that can be enjoyed by the whole family. The Viking 2+1 will comfortably take 2 adult paddlers with room for a child too. There is the option to set up 3 seats on this kayak so that everyone can be comfortable on the water. Not only can this kayak happily carry two adults and a child, it also performs well when paddled solo - simply set up a seat in the central moulded seating area and paddle away!

The efficient hull cuts through the water well and the defined bow and out-swept keel line ensures the kayak tracks well through the water without constantly battling to stay in a straight line. At 30Kg, this kayak can easily be managed off the water and can be carried with the fitted carry handles at the bow and stern. Make life even easier by using a good trolley such as the Railblaza C-Tug.

For those who fancy a spot of fishing, the 2+1 has two flush mount rod holders fitted behind the rear seating position, with 2 x Railblaza StarPort HD mounts fitted in the front seating area for additional rod holders if required. 3 storage hatches are fitted to the kayak, 2 of these have removable hatch buckets to keep items contained - great for small essentials. Safety lines are fitted down each side of the kayak - these are good for children to grab hold of after they have been for a swim, making it easier for them to keep hold of the kayak and climb back on-board. The rounded sides make sliding back onto the kayak much easier - great if you want to jump in for a swim or snorkel.
