 The lightweight Delta 15.5GT touring kayak is reassuringly stable and easy to paddle yet has the capacity and performance that you expect from an expedition kayak. With a maximum loaded capacity of 163kg, and plenty of bulkhead storage volume, there is plenty of room for all you need for multiple days away. The cockpit outfitting can be customised to fit and includes the super comfortable multi-position padded Elevate Contour Seat. Tailor the adjustable thigh braces and foot pegs to maximise connectivity and comfort, and you are set for many long days afloat.

The carefully designed V profile and gentle rocker along the keel line of the 15.5GT provides plenty of glide and great straight-line tracking along with excellent speed and handling in any sea conditions. The Press Lock day hatch is perfectly placed to store those small essentials you might need to access while afloat. Bow and Stern bulkhead storage compartments provide plenty of space for your kit and are also accessed by Press Lock hatch covers. The colour matched hard-shell covers provide a secure seal with easy on and off convenience. The hard shelled covers are slightly domed so shed water very nicely, they also help to increase the structural integrity of the deck and will not implode in the case of excess pressure on any of the hatches. 

The spring-loaded skeg system enhances handling performance and is simple to deploy with kink-free operation. The skeg line is housed in a tube and tucked away under-deck so it reduces the chance of snagging when loading and unloading gear. The skeg can be deployed at different increments so the paddler can determine the amount of skeg to use in a wide range of conditions.

The user-friendly design makes this kayak suitable for paddlers just moving into intermediate sea kayaking while the performance will keep the very experienced smiling whatever conditions they are paddling in.
