The Dagger Stratos is stable and predictable in calm or lively waters so is equally at home on the sea, rivers or lakes! It is suitable for fairly new paddlers, however it is also highly responsive when needed so is a great choice for experienced tourers and the more adventurous thrill seekers too. The finely tuned rocker profile, soft edges and nicely positioned rail make the boat manoeuvrable and forgiving in lively conditions. It is an ideal choice for anyone wanting a versatile multi-purpose kayak.

The Dagger Stratos has the speed to get you to where the fun is, be that in tidal races, off-shore rock gardens or journeying along the coastline. The Stratos surfs well and is rapidly gaining a reputation as the rock-hopping boat of choice for paddlers who also enjoy covering a fair bit of distance, it even does well on white water river runs. It is moulded and made here in the UK and comes with great features such as drop-down skeg, paddle park and bow and stern bulkheads with storage hatches. There is sufficient storage for a day or two of camping if you have lightweight camping kit!

Great hull design is complimented by the excellent cockpit outfitting which can be adjusted to ensure maximum connectivity and make sure that every move you make is transferred directly to the boat. The Stratos comes with Dagger's Contour Lite outfitting which provides plenty of comfort and multi-adjust options such as variable hip pad shims and 8 fitting points for fine tuning the thigh pads to ensure you get the level of comfort and control needed for an outstanding paddling experience.

There are two sizes to suite different body types:

Stratos 14.5 L has a little more width and a higher profile in front of the cockpit to give more room for longer legs. The recommended maximum capacity is 143kg.

Stratos 14.5 S this model features a lower foredeck height and slightly narrower width, it is more suited to smaller to medium-sized paddlers. The recommended max capacity is 125kg.
