The Wave Sport Horizon is a tandem sea kayak for paddling partners requiring a craft to head out on the open coast for day touring and multi-day adventures. With a dedicated cockpit for each paddler, featuring a comfortable BlackOut seating system with adjustable footrests and thigh braces, you can get dialled in and enjoy comfort and performance whilst you paddle. At 16ft in length, the Horizon is efficient for handling choppy sea waves, ocean swells with good glide and speed, allowing two competent paddlers to cover a good distance during a day trip. The hull features a good amount of volume for good stability and carry capacity, making it suitable for a wide range of paddler sizes with the capacity for carrying equipment for a multi day trip.

There are two good-sized storage areas at bow and stern, accessed via dual-density hatch covers. These areas are sealed from the cockpits via foam bulkheads. Enhance the handling performance of the Horizon by choosing the optional pre-fitted rudder system, controlled via toe-control footrests for the rear paddler. Outfitted as standard with the BlackOut seating system offering a forward ratcheting back band and padded backrest and seat. Also available with upgraded CORE WhiteOut seats.

CORE WhiteOut Spec

For those wanting the very best outfitting, the Horizon 160T is available in CORE WhiteOut spec. This option features upgraded seats that offer increased comfort and enhanced durability. The seats are made from stain-resistant white Marine Grade Vinyl padding. This is a wipe-clean material, making it easy to keep the seats looking in top condition. The WhiteOut seats also feature leg lifter control, allowing you to obtain under thigh support for increased comfort and connectivity to the hull whilst paddling.
