A tandem twin-cockpit touring kayak for paddling partners who want to head out and explore the water in a craft that offers a great mix of speed and comfortable stability. Great for cruising along calm coastlines and sheltered bays, but with the capability to handle small choppy waves if the wind picks up. At 16ft 8in, the Nomad carries good forwards speed and glides well on flat waters making it great for covering some distance during your session. The integrated rudder system allows you to steer easily or combat padlding in side winds with more efficiency. The rudder is easily lowered and lifted when required with the haul lines fitted beside the rear paddlers cockpit, making it easy to deploy or haul the rudder during launching and landing. Steering is achieved via the rear paddlers footrests.

The spacious cockpits feature the comfortable Flex 4 seating systems, offering plenty of adjustment so that you can get set up in the best paddling position. Load up for the day or make it a weekend away - the Nomad 16.8T features plenty of gear storage room in the bow and stern, witrh access via a front hard hatch cover and rear rubber ovalised hatch cover, with some further stowage room between the cockpits. Deck bungees feature in front of each cockpit for easy storage of essentials whilst on the water.
