Bixpy K-1 & J-2 Motor Power-Pole Adaptor for Hobie Pro Angler

This adaptor allows you to easily fit a Bixpy K-1 or J-2 Motor to a Hobie Pro Angler 12 or Pro Angler 14. Supplied with the Power Pole Mounting Plate which will fit both the Pro Angler 12 and 14. The mounting plate is designed to allow either a Power-Pole Micro Anchor or the Bixpy Power Pole Adapter to be installed on the rear of your kayak. Once you have your Bixpy K-1 Motor Kit, all you will need is this adaptor to get it up and running on your PA12 or PA14.

The adaptor is quick-release, making it easy to put on and take off the motor at the start and end of each session. The adaptor is hinged to allow the motor to be hauled up out of the water for launching and landing. As standard the adaptor is locked into a 0-degree setting so that steering is achieved using the existing rudder on the Pro Angler. Set screws can be removed to allow for 270-degree of steering rotation should you want to add an alternative steering mechanism. This adaptor includes all hardware required to fit to the Pro Angler.

If you already have a Power Pole Plate for your Pro Angler, you can simply buy the Power-Pole Adaptor Kit for Outback 2019+ to complete the above kit.

Features

• Quick release for getting on and off the water quickly
• Hinge that allows the motor to lift completely out of the water
• 8" to 13" from bottom of plate to bottom of motor - it is recommended that the bottom of your motor be about 3" to 5" below the waterline and more in choppy water as necessary
• 270° of rotational trim - adapter ships with set screws in place. To achieve steering, set screws must be removed.
• Includes all hardware required to attach to the Power Pole mounting point on the Pro Angler
