Bixpy Universal Kayak Adaptor for K-1 & J-2 Motor
This universal adaptor can be fitted to virtually kayak, canoe and other small watercraft. Use this mount if you are unable to find a deciated adaptor for your kayak. Some DIY is required to install this mount - a base mount must be bolted / fitted to the craft, onto which the adaptor can fit. All hardware is included to allwo you to fit this mount to your craft. The aluminum pipes will adjust to suit different length configurations, and the mechanism includes an adjustment arm to work with a wide variety of slopes and hull shapes at the back of various craft.
Please Note: Kayaks and other watercraft varying greatly in their design and shape. There are no hard and fast rules for mounting this adaptor and some level of decision will need to be made by the installer as to how the adaptor will fit best on their craft. Only undertake this task if you feel confident with some DIY and there are no other adaptors available for your kayak model.
A steering mechanism will also need to be installed to allow you to control the direction of travel. We recommend the Pole Steering Adaptor for this mount.
