The big daddy of the Enigma Canoes range, the Turing 17 offers stacks of hull space, excellent stability and a huge 500Kg carrying capacity. This is a canoe designed for family adventures, multi-day tandem expeditions and group paddling days.
The hull design of the Turing 17 draws its heritage from the original 'Mobile Adventure Peace River Cruiser' model and, as the name suggests, this canoe is great for cruising and exploring calm waters, such as lakes, slow-moving river systems, canals and more. Load up this canoe with camping kit and expedition gear and head out onto the lake or waterways for a big adventure!
The Turing 17 offers plenty of space within the canoe. Outfitted with two wood-web seats, there is still plenty of space for two child passengers making this a great option for families wanting to head out for a day trip exploring the water. The hull has stacks of primary stability, offering a stable and confidence-inspiring ride to even the first-time paddler, or families with lively children!
The triple-layer polyethylene hull construction offers excellent rigidity and durability, and is robust to the usual knocks and scrapes associated with canoeing. Extra seats can also be fitted to the Turing 17 to offer asdditional passengers a dedicated seat. The Turing 17 also makes a great canoe for groups and centres looking to bundle several paddlers/children into a craft for paddling sessions.
