Wilderness Systems Radar 135 with Helix Drive
The Radar 135 features a S.M.A.R.T hull design optimised for stability, maneovurability, acceleration, responsiveness and tracking. Together this creates a kayak that will comfortably handle inland and inshore waters, providing a comfortable and stable ride for you and your fishing gear. This kayak is great for paddling, yet add the Helix Pedal Drive and you transform this kayak into an even more efficient fishing kayak! Cruise the waters 'hands-free', with the ability to cast a lure, troll a lure, play a fish and more whilst on the move.
The Helix drive system features a 6:1 gear ratio precision-tuned to a 14 x 17 two-bladed fixed pitch prop for an efficient pedalling system. Once deployed, the system is optimised to provide maximum speed for the least amount of input effort so you can cruise the waters all day long without tiring. A very smart auto-raising main shaft achieves zero draft (for shallow water/landing/launching) with a spring-loaded kick pedal, and the whole drive unit can be further stowed forward and out of the way to complete the 3-phases of possible positioning.
The Radar 135 features a super comfortable adjustable AirPro Max seating system. The rudder system is controlled using an integrated handle beside the seat. A Flex Pod OS features at the front of the foot well, allowing for easy electronics installation - a fish finder fits on top of the pod, a power source inside the pod and fish finder transducer on the base of the pod. This can be completely removed at the end of your session. The Radar 135 also features a Flex Pod PD - this is positioned on the floor of the Radar and allows for the installation of larger side-scan fish finders and also the Helix Drive pedal system.
The Radar has stacks of storage space. A large rear tank well will easily take a storage crate for your fishing gear. An oval front Orbix hatch allows larger items of gear to be stored inside the hull, such as a trolley. The cockpit has moulded-in side gear storage areas which are ideal for keeping small items of tackle or tools close to hand. Other features include strong carry handles, a bow paddle park. Slide Trax accessory gear tracks can be found alongside the foot well, seat and tank well for easy installation of track mounted accessories such as rod holders or camera poles.
Cruise the waters in style and up your fishing game with the Radar 135 with Helix Drive!

Kayak Anchoring Kit including Buoy and 80m Anchor Reel. The Ideal kit to anchor off your kayak safely. Please note you will also need an anchor trolley kit to install this on your kayak.
We offer a delivery service for the Wilderness Systems Radar 135 with Helix Drive throughout the UK & Ireland to home and work addresses.
Delivery times are estimates based on years of experience; we do not offer a guaranteed timed delivery service. Our overnight service works well for the core more densely populated areas of the UK for Clothing and Equipment orders. However more remote less densely populated areas will not be covered by a next day service.
Delivery of canoes and kayaks is classed as “ugly freight” because mechanical handling and automatic parcel processing cannot be used; therefore a delivery time of 3-5 working days is more realistic. For remote location that delivery time will be dependent on the local courier’s ability to onward ship the goods. Not all areas of the UK are serviced by vehicles that can handle canoes and kayaks. Online orders can be tracked online using the courier’s website – tracking details will be provided. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time scales
The delivery price will be shown in the shopping basket.
